AI literacy is knowing what AI tools actually do, where they help, where they fail, and how to keep your own judgement in the loop. It covers the skills, behaviours and attitudes people need to work well alongside these tools, rather than the technical detail of how a model is built.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since February 2025. It requires organisations that provide or deploy AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff and anyone operating those systems on their behalf, judged against people's roles and the context they work in, and it reaches organisations outside the EU whose system output is used inside it. Our modules are written to serve that duty, and each one records completion and scores your audit trail can use. Training is one part of meeting the obligation rather than the whole of it, so we will tell you what a module evidences and what you still need to record yourself. The Lab is for individual learners and organisations training their teams. Individuals can join through a monthly membership, while organisations can choose hosted learner accounts or licence SCORM packages for their own LMS.

Yes. Students and other individual learners who cannot afford membership can apply for a free or reduced-cost scholarship place. If you represent a charity or community organisation and need places for a group, contact us so we can understand what you need. Scholarship learners receive the same complete learning, not a cut-down tier.

Yes. When paid memberships open, you will be able to enter a promotional code at Stripe checkout. If you have an access code, you can create an account and redeem it now without entering any card details. The access included and how long it lasts depend on the code you were given.

No. Individual members and organisations choosing hosted access use our learner platform. Organisations with their own LMS can instead licence self-contained SCORM 1.2 packages, which make no external tracking calls. Compare the two organisation routes.

Yes. You can request trial access to review the content, accessibility and learner experience before deciding between hosted seats and an LMS licence.

Accessibility is a build requirement, not a later addition. Every module is authored to WCAG 2.2 AA, ships with captions, a transcript and audio description, and can be completed with a keyboard alone.

Fifteen minutes or less. Modules are deliberately short so people finish them, and a longer topic is split into several modules rather than stretched into one long sitting.
